Resumo: This research, with a qualitative and descriptive approach, presents a pedagogical experience carried out in the Mandatory Curricular Internship II, of the Degree in Physical Education at the Federal University of Sergipe, with the objective of presenting possibilities of hip-hop culture as a teaching object. learning in the context of the pedagogical practice of Physical Education classes for students in the 7th year of Higher Elementary School. A data analysis was carried out based on the teaching experiment provided by the experiences that occurred in the internship, recorded in the Final Internship Report, emphasizing the possibilities and challenges through the proposed theme. After this analysis, it was possible to identify three recurrent situations: (a) the devaluation of the Physical Education subject in the school environment; (b) the difficulty of inserting a theme that differs from the content related to sport; and, (c) the invalidation of theoretical classes in the context of Physical Education. In view of this, it is noteworthy that, in addition to sports, it is necessary, mainly on the part of teachers, to create and strengthen other ways (with other knowledge, new contents, different methodological forms) of teaching Physical Education at School, because it is about a discipline full of content that can provide different senses and meanings according to the individual and collective experiences of each student. Because it is a research of the teaching experiment type, it then became possible to visualize the possibilities of bringing hip-hop as a systematized content in school Physical Education, through the classes that were applied, observing the most varied formats of teaching and didactic resources that can be used to carry out classes, containing something more than a ball as a mediating resource. Through hip-hop, it is possible to explore the teaching content not only through dance, but also through music and drawing, enabling various means for this content to be transmitted, creating different experiences and ways to contribute to the teaching-learning of these students, whether collectively or individually.

Through hip-hop, it is possible to explore the teaching content not only through dance, but also through music and drawing, enabling various means for this content to be transmitted, creating different experiences and ways to contribute to the teaching-learning of these students, whether collectively or individually.Esta pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e do tipo descritiva, apresenta uma experiência pedagógica realizada no Estágio Curricular Obrigatório II, do curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, tendo como objetivo apresentar possibilidades da cultura hip-hop como objeto de ensinoaprendizagem no contexto da prática pedagógica das aulas de Educação Física para alunos do 7º ano do Ensino Fundamental Maior. Foi realizada uma análise de dados com base no experimento de ensino proporcionado pelas vivências ocorridas no estágio, registradas no Relatório Final de Estágio, enfatizando as possibilidades e os desafios mediante ao tema proposto. Após esta análise, foi possível identificar três situações recorrentes: (a) a desvalorização da disciplina de Educação Física no âmbito escolar; (b) a dificuldade mediante a inserção de um tema que se diferencie do conteúdo relacionado ao esporte; e, (c) a invalidação das aulas teóricas no contexto da Educação Física. Diante disso, destaca-se que, além do esporte, é necessário principalmente por parte dos professores, criar e fortalecer outras formas (com outros saberes, novos conteúdos, diversas formas metodológicas) de ensinar a Educação Física Escolar, pois, trata-se de uma disciplina repleta de conteúdos que podem proporcionar diversos sentidos e significados de acordo com as experiências individuais e coletivas de cada aluno. Por se tratar de uma pesquisa do tipo experimento de ensino, tornou-se possível então, visualizar as possibilidades em trazer o hip-hop enquanto conteúdo sistematizado na Educação Física escolar, mediante as aulas que foram aplicadas, observando os mais variados formatos de ensino e recursos didáticos que podem ser utilizados para a realização das aulas, contendo algo a mais do que uma bola como recurso mediador.
