"Cidades inteligentes" como ferramenta para melhorias na mobilidade urbana de Aracaju

Resumo: This study is founded on the premise that today‘s world is more and more populous, and this has contributed to the cities, mainly the big metropolises, becoming chaotic, a context in which it reduces the quality of life of citizens who face a daily life permeated by substantial challenges, including in terms of urban mobility. The main objective is to diagnose actions for urban mobility in Aracaju, through the concepts of smart cities, based on new technologies and the analysis of urban infrastructure data. The concept of smart cities is characterized by bibliographical research. It analyzes the urban planning of the city of Aracaju, focusing on urban mobility and identifies the actions that bring Aracaju to a context of smart cities. The field research was carried out by means of a questionnaire applied in the digital platforms of Survey monkey and Google forms, from November 13 until December 13, 2014 and from January 19 until February 18, 2019. At the end of this last period, the total number of participants was 98. It was verified that the diagnostic and analysis tool used is adequate to verify what management has been developing in relation to urban mobility. However, it did not present the expected result in relation to the use of smart cities as a tool to improve urban mobility, because insertions of technologies in this process are restricted to the deployment of intelligent traffic lights and its command center.

O objetivo principal é diagnosticar ações para mobilidade urbana em Aracaju, por meio dos conceitos de cidades inteligentes, baseada em novas tecnologias e na análise de dados de infraestrutura urbana. O conceito de cidades inteligentes é caracterizado através de pesquisa bibliográfica. Analisa-se o planejamento urbano da prefeitura de Aracaju, com foco em mobilidade urbana e identifica as ações que trazem Aracaju para um contexto de cidades inteligentes. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada por meio de questionário aplicado nas plataformas digitais do Survey monkey e Google forms, de 13 de novembro até 13 de dezembro de 2014 e de 19 de janeiro até 18 de fevereiro de 2019. Quando finalizado este último período, o total de participantes foi 98. Constatou-se que a ferramenta de diagnóstico e análise utilizada é adequada para verificar o que a gestão vem desenvolvendo em relação à mobilidade urbana.
