Resumo: | The COVID-19 pandemic generated intense changes in all areas of life, and the Health area was the front line in the fight against the virus. In this context, companies had to adapt to new challenges. Therefore, the research was problematized as follows: how did the processes of creation and management of organizational knowledge occur during the period of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic at the Integrated Health Center – Clínica Biofisio? The main objective is to analyze this process of creation and management within this scenario, from the viewpoint of the Manager of Clínica Biofisio. The research is qualitative, the instrument used to collect data and information was a semi-structured interview script. The information collected was analyzed using content analysis. The results found show how the Management and Creation of knowledge occurred, the manager, however, did not present anything very innovative within what he was already doing in the company's internal management, according to him, adaptations were made, such as: management of the flow of people and measures of prevention to COVID- 19. The Manager did not mention any problem regarding communication and performance of its employees, it was noticed, therefore, that the relations within the company took place in an objective and fluid way. |

Diante deste contexto, as empresas tiveram que se moldar aos novos desafios. Portanto, problematizou-se a pesquisa da seguinte forma: como ocorreram os processos de criação e gestão do conhecimento organizacional durante o período da pandemia do vírus SARS-CoV-2 no Centro de Saúde Integrado – Clínica Biofisio? O objetivo central é analisar esse processo de criação e gestão dentro desse cenário, a partir da visão do Gestor da Clínica Biofisio. A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo, o instrumento utilizado para a coleta de dados e informações foi roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada. As informações colhidas foram analisadas por meio da análise de conteúdo. Os resultados encontrados evidenciam como ocorreu a Gestão e Criação do conhecimento, o gestor, todavia não apresentou nada muito inovador dentro do que já fazia na gestão interna da empresa, segundo o mesmo foram feitas adaptações, tais como: gerenciamento do fluxo de pessoas e medidas de prevenção ao COVID- 19.
