A decision matrix is a way of making a decision when considering all the criteria of importance, verifying among the alternatives, which best meets the current need. The general objective of this work was to propose a tool to evaluate the importance of the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the decision process, referring to multicriteria problems. The methodological path was developed from the understanding and characterization of the problem; using a weighted matrix and analyzing the data. Regarding the results, it was identified that the current system only meets 41% of the requirements of the process, making it necessary to develop three (3) hypotheses: The expectation was oversized; The system works with a lot of time in the occupational load, guaranteeing to absorb the impact of the absence from quality service and finally other systems are being impacted by the imbalance of these. The conclusion that the work reached was that hypothesis two (2) can be tested through the study of occupational load, and we observed a gap of 50%. It was concluded that the task of dimensioning the occupational load of the equipment, which also belonged to the outsourced company, presented management problems.
