Resumo: This exploratory course aims to analyze the representation of the school in the telenovela, showing briefly how the school is represented in the novel Malhação and how it reflects in the imaginary of a school community. The research proposes to compare aspects of the novel Malhação with a school located in the city of Nossa Senhora do Socorro, in Sergipe. The data were collected from the observation and analysis of telenovela chapters and interviews with members of the school community (teachers, students and director) about the physical structure, the relationship between community members and aspects of teaching-learning.

A pesquisa propõe fazer uma comparação de aspectos da novela Malhação com uma escola localizada na cidade de Nossa Senhora do Socorro, em Sergipe.
