The current Course Conclusion of Work is presented with the objective of obtaining the partial grade for the acquisition of a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine by the Federal University of Sergipe – Campus of Sertão. This work was prepared by the student Débora Beveany Pereira Lima, and composed of the Mandatory Supervised Internship Report in the area of medical and surgical clinic for small animals, being carried out at Campovel Clínica Veterinária and Clínica Veterinária My Pet, both located in the city of Nossa Senhora das Dores – SE. These jobs outside the educational institution took place during the period between 8 of August of 2022 and 31 of January of 2023, totaling 638 hours. The TCC has a literature review on bilateral perineal herniorrhaphy in dogs, with an approach to clinical aspects, diagnostic methods and surgical treatments. And there is a case report followed during the Mandatory Supervision, which addresses the diagnosis and treatment of bilateral perineal hernia.
