Coletivo Teatro de Mala : da produção à recepção de um teatro socioeducacional

This work presents the result of a reception study carried out with the audience that attended the Temporada de Teatro no Museu, promoted by the Museu da Gente Sergipana in Aracaju/SE, to appreciate the theatrical performance “Sou Mulher, Não Sou an Invention”, by Coletivo Mala Theatre. The presentations took place in May 2022 and were appreciated by a heterogeneous audience who shared their perceptions about the central theme of the play: violence against women in the family and domestic sphere. The present study presents approximations between the intentions of the broadcaster (responsible for the show) and the shares of the spectators of the show, made in a conversation circle held at the end of the exhibitions. The main objective of the work was to understand to what extent the discursive and aesthetic elements thought in the conception of the scenic spectacle are accessed by the audience and how the interactions in this aesthetic communication take place.
