Resumo: | The Enneagram is an age-old human development system that maps in detail nine behavioral patterns or patterns that form personality types. The application of the Enneagram in the organization allows to understand the different motivations of each individual and to create strategies that facilitate the development of their interpersonal relations. Therefore, this research aims to analyze how the Enneagram helps to identify the interpersonal relations of the Infrastructure of the Federal University of Sergipe, identifying the predominant personality type in the organization, identifying the predominant personality type of the organization's leaders and analyzing the personalities predominant in the organization. The methodology used the procedures of field research and bibliographic research; the steps of methodological procedures; the collection of triangulation type data: interviews, participant observation and applicability of the Enneagram personality test; and content analysis as a data analysis technique. The results reveal the predominance of the personality type of the research unit and its leaders as Type 7, distinguishing the interpersonal relationship between the predominant types. In the conclusion are pointed out three recommendations of future research related to the subject Enneagram. |

A aplicação do Eneagrama na organização permite compreender as diferentes motivações de cada individuo e criar estratégias que facilitem o desenvolvimento das suas relações interpessoais. Diante disso, esta pesquisa objetiva analisar como a ferramenta Eneagrama ajuda a identificar as relações interpessoais da Infraestrutura da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, identificando o tipo de personalidade predominante na organização, identificando o tipo de personalidade predominante dos líderes da organização e analisando a relação das personalidades predominantes na organização. A metodologia usou os procedimentos da pesquisa de campo e da pesquisa bibliográfica; os passos dos procedimentos metodológicos; a coleta de dados do tipo triangulação: entrevistas, observação participante e aplicabilidade do teste de personalidade Eneagrama; e a análise de conteúdo como técnica de análise de dados. Os resultados revelam a predominância do tipo de personalidade da unidade pesquisada e dos seus líderes como do Tipo 7, distinguindo a relação interpessoal entre os tipos predominantes.
