This study aimed to analyze the pedagogical organization of dance education in the More Education Program in the city of Aracaju-SE; to enumerate the schools of the city of Aracaju-SE that has the More Education Program in which the dance is present as a workshop; to identify the aesthetics prioritized by the monitors to teach dance in More Education; as well as investigate the training of the monitors who work with the dance workshops, as well as reflect on the pedagogical organization of the monitor that provides the dance workshop. Several theoretical references have supported us in this study such as: Paul Bourcier, Maribel Portinari, Miriam Mendes, Isabel Marques, Márcia Strazzacappa, Débora Barreto, Karenine Porpino, Bernard Charlot, Alexandre Molina, More More Education Assumptions for Pedagogical Projects of Integral Education and More Education Series: Integral Education, among others, in which they were primordial for the understanding and understanding about this Program and how the dance inserts itself in the same. The present study is characterized as a bibliographical and field research (with an exploratory character), because it is better suited to the research problem. The approach given to this research is qualitative, in which the sample was composed of twelve dance monitors that were made available to participate in this research. It was noticeable that the applied dance content and its planning is still superficial, in addition to that the physical structure of the school still does not match the real needs for quality teaching. It was also seen that of the twelve monitors interviewed, the Physical Education training was the one that was most present, there were also monitors attending High School, that is, without any degree training.
