Resumo: In this context, different experiences in the field of the arts can contribute to the individual perceiving himself as such, identifying his different "modes of functioning" and then rethinking them and (re) constructing them (LIBERMAN, 1998). According to Sant 'Anna (2000), the life of an individual, is the life of his body. Over the years it changes its forms, its weight, its functioning and its rhythms. In one body there are various forms of physical and psychic manifestations, such as jumping, running, dancing, laughing, crying and feeling. Therefore, our body and mind tell our life story, that is, our daily life. When it comes to physical appearance, callus or smooth skin, sagging or stiffening, pigmentation, weakness or strength, pain, muscle, balance. In the mind, tiredness, "old age", "youth", retrograde or futuristic thoughts, all represent what we are, what we live, and what we will still live (SOUZA, 2006).

Segundo Sant' Anna (2000), a vida de um individuo, é a vida de seu corpo. Ao longo dos anos ele muda suas formas, seu peso, seu funcionamento e seus ritmos. Num só corpo acontecem várias formas de manifestações físicas e psíquicas, como saltar, correr, dançar, rir, chorar e sentir. Portanto, nosso corpo e mente contam a nossa história de vida, ou seja, nosso cotidiano. No que se trata do aspecto físico, calos ou pele lisa, flacidez ou enrijecimento, pigmentações, fraqueza ou força, dores, músculos, equilíbrio.
