A capoeira na educação física escolar: vivências e formações que permeiam a práxis pedagógica

Resumo: Capoeira crosses the Brazilian social construction, being a historical mark of invisibility and inequalities to the enslaved beings. After struggles for its legalization and valorization, today it is inserted in to Physical Education (PE), composing the curricular documents of the area. Considering that the identity constitution of being a teacher is a complex system that involves multiple fields, not just the academic one, the purpose of the study, of a qualitative nature, was to investigate and understand the influences of capoeira in the life and pedagogical practice of three teachers of school physical education. To this end, we used narrative interviews, based on a semi-structured questionnaire. In this way, the influences generated by capoeira were perceptible in the teaching narratives, in different spheres and experiences, including PE, where a mutual and constant exchange between capoeira and the academy would have propitiated the development of didactic and pedagogical characteristics linked to the relationships with capoeira, in addition to reaffirming the importance of the existence, persistence and resistance of the theme within school PE, teaching institutions and curricular documents, together with its approach in a critical, reflective and experimental way.

Após embates para sua legalização e valorização, hoje ela se encontra junto à Educação Física (EF), compondo os documentos curriculares da área. Sendo a constituição identitária do ser professor(a) um complexo sistema que envolve múltiplos campos, que não apenas o acadêmico, o objetivo do trabalho, de natureza qualitativa, foi de investigar e compreender as influências da capoeira na vida e na prática pedagógica de três professores(as) de EF escolar. Para tal, utilizamos de entrevistas narrativas, com base em questionário semiestruturado.
