With the world increasingly globalized, the use of the Supply Chain management approach has become an important tool that makes it possible, among other things, to be close to its suppliers. However, when there is no good relationship between the company and suppliers, the rate of conflicts increases, making them both impacting. In view of this, the general objective of the investigation was to verify how to improve the supply chain management in the Restaurant Option/Se, minimizing the relationship problems with suppliers. The methodology used is a qualitative exploratory research, using as tool of data collection the 5W2H tool. Based on the results found it is suggested the construction of another environment separate from the entrance of the establishment. In this way, the well-being of the customer would be preserved, as a good relationship with suppliers. Therefore, screen research has provided a greater understanding of the essentiality and effectiveness of proper supply chain management, since without it the company will not be able to progress in its course of activity.
