Summary: Cosmetics have gained momentum in today's market, with products being launched constantly and being made available to consumers quickly. This research is a brief bibliographic review, which aimed to analyze the production processes of an industry, starting with the formulation and then the risk assessment and quality assurance, sustainability of processes and products, market and marketing strategies, interacting with the innovations made throughout the productive activity. As a conclusion it was noted that all the areas studied in this work have great influence on the performance of the product on the market, since it is necessary to meet the needs of today's consumers and be in constant search for innovations from product development to sale strategies.

Esta pesquisa é uma breve revisão bibliográfica, que teve como objetivo a análise de processos de produção de uma indústria, passando inicialmente pela formulação e seguindo pela avaliação de riscos e garantia da qualidade, sustentabilidade dos processos e produtos, estratégias de mercado e marketing, interagindo com as inovações realizadas em toda a atividade produtiva.
