Resumo: | The construction of this article was based on an article section entitled "Culture, Tradition and Identity: Interface University and Quilombola Community", completed in 2017. The objective of the project was to collaborate in the reconstruction of the Political Pedagogical Project of a Quilombola School in Penedo,located in the community of Oitero. We use collaborative-interventional research as a methodological basis (IBIAPINA, 2013), that enabled the involvement of teachers and students of the Undergraduate Course in Biological Sciences /UFAL - U. E Penedo and the school community of that school. Within the school space, it was possible to (re)make the Pedagogical Political Project taking into account aspects such as cultural, social, historical values of this community. We can therefore perceive that every collective was willing to build collaborative cultures or break with the culture of professional isolation. Thus, what can be meaning and (res)meaning, during reading classes, depends on the organizational conditions and objectives of the work necessary for the teacher to build knowledge, in addition to a public policy. |

O objetivo do projeto foi colaborar na reconstrução do Projeto Político Pedagógico de uma Escola Quilombola de Penedo, situada na comunidade do Oitero. Usamos como base metodológica, a pesquisa colaborativa – interventiva (IBIAPINA, 2013), que possibilitou o envolvimento de professores e estudantes do Curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas /UFAL – U. E Penedo e a comunidade escolar da referida escola. Dentro do espaço escolar, foi possível (re)fazer o Projeto Político Pedagógico levando em consideração os aspectos como os valores culturais, sociais, históricos desta comunidade. Podemos perceber portanto que todo coletivo estava disposto a construir culturas colaborativas ou romper com a cultura do isolamento profissional.
