O lugar da avaliação da aprendizagem no contexto da formação inicial de professores de ciências biológicas

Resumo: This research aims to analyze the conceptions about learning evaluation of the teachers and students of the undergraduate course in Biological Sciences (CBS) of the Federal University of Paraíba (FUPB) and identify, among the CBS of the FUPB, as the experiences in their course that promoted reflection and preparation for the learning evaluation process. The research is characterized as a case study that has as approach, the qualitative-quantitative research and exploratory. The data was collected by surveying the target audience, which are, teachers and students of the Graduation UCBS of the UFPB, Campus I, João Pessoa. Data analysis and interpretation were performed through content analysis. The results indicate that, both teachers and students associate the theme and different conceptions. Thus, the evaluation of learning has been conceived in the Graduation CBS mediated by several different visions and practices, in which the evaluation is still carried out only by traditional logic, in which elements of action of verification of learning are preserved through isolated moments that occur through the application of exams.

A pesquisa se caracteriza como um estudo de caso que tem como abordagem a pesquisa qualiquantitativa e exploratória. Os dados foram coletados através de questionários junto ao público-alvo que são docentes e discentes do curso de LCB da UFPB, Campus I, João Pessoa. A análise e intepretação dos dados foram realizadas através da análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicam que tanto os docentes quanto discentes associam o tema e concepções distintas.
