Objective: to synthesize actions to combat domestic violence against children and adolescents in Primary Health Care. Method: this is an integrative review with studies obtained from the BVS MS, SciELO, PubMed and EMBASE databases, guided by the research question: “What are the actions to face domestic violence against children and adolescents in Primary Health Care? ”. Results: the investigated studies address the implementation of preventive actions, through educational programs: SOS help for parents, Safe Environment for Every Kids, Practicing Safety and Play Nicely, and health education, in addition to reports from health professionals in front of to face cases of domestic violence against children and adolescents and their difficulties. Final considerations: the synthesis was able to show actions to face domestic violence against children and adolescents in the context of Primary Health Care, highlighting the need to implement and strengthen intersectoral behaviors
