Pregão eletrônico na Justiça Federal em Sergipe : a percepção dos agentes públicos responsáveis pela licitação

The aim of this work was to analyze the bidding process in the Federal Justice in Sergipe, through the electronic trading method, under a view of the health agents through the bidding process. It was therefore sought to find the advantages and disadvantages inherent in the indexing and transaction costs induction bodies, as well as the advantages and disadvantages inherent in the circumstances, to the public via electronic trading. For this, a descriptive research was carried out with the qualitative approach. The method used was the single case study and how data sources were collected through semi-structured interviews and documental and bibliographic research. The results were, for the most part, in agreement with the authors sought. Celerity and economy were cited as the main advantages and the quality of products and service contracts signed with suppliers from other states as disadvantages. This last point disagreed with the works found, which does not prevent to affirm that the modality investigated is advantageous for the organ. However, it is interesting that the agency analyzes the procedures for price estimation and inserts the financial statements with the Public Power to oversee and inspect the contractual object.
