Fatores que influenciam no envolvimento do adolescente no contexto educacional: uma revisão de literatura

Resumo: | During adolescence, individuals experience physical, psychological and socio-emotional changes in the process of building their identity, with school being an important context to influence their development and, consequently, their future. With this in mind, the objective of the present work is to find out, through a literature review, what are the main aspects that influence the educational involvement of adolescents. To this end, the narrative review methodology was used, which considers the theoretical aspects to be discussed based on the author's critical analysis on a given topic. As a result, articles that reflect on some of the factors that exert the greatest influence on the involvement of students in school were found, these being internal aspects of the teenager, social, family and the school itself. From this, it was possible to observe the way each of these agents contribute as barriers or facilitators for the development of adolescents within the school context. Therefore, it is concluded that the phenomenon of academic involvement is complex and multifactorial, which reinforces the idea that school and family support, as well as peer relationships and the strengthening of internal resources, play a key role in terms of scholar involvement, and it is up to trained professionals, especially occupational therapists for the present study, to think of effective strategies that facilitate this process for the population in question. |

Pensando nisso, o objetivo do presente trabalho é averiguar, por meio da revisão de literatura, quais são os principais aspectos que influenciam no envolvimento educacional dos adolescentes. Para tal, foi utilizada a metodologia de revisão narrativa, que considera os aspectos teóricos para discutir a partir da análise crítica do autor sobre determinado tema. Como resultado, foram encontrados artigos que refletem sobre alguns dos fatores que exercem maior influência quanto ao envolvimento dos estudantes na escola, sendo estes aspectos internos ao adolescente, sociais, da família e da própria escola. A partir disso, foi possível observar a maneira como cada um destes agentes contribuem enquanto barreiras ou facilitadores para o desenvolvimento do adolescente dentro do contexto escolar.
