The installation of implants immediately in fresh sockets with immediate provisioning is now becoming the technique of choice over the traditional implantation technique. This literature review explores observational clinical studies with the objective of exposing and analyzing the advantages and success rates in the Implants technique with immediate loading and single session provisioning. The databases used were PubMed and Google Scholar with the keywords: immediate loading, implant, fresh socket and provisionalization combined. All the articles researched are international, in English language and available online. The criteria for the selection related to the year of publication of the materials comprised between 1996 and 2019. All selected studies were carried out in humans.performed in humans. A total of 125 articles on the subject were found, 35 were excluded because they were literature reviews, systematic reviews and case reports. The remaining 90 articles were analyzed and based on other exclusion criteria such as: installation of implants in healed bone tissue, need for bone graft or connective tissue, comparative studies between cured bone tissue and fresh alveolus and implantation in infected alveoli. It resulted in 14 articles, of which 6 were prospective and 8 were retrospective. Implant placement in fresh sockets with provisionalization in one session have advantages like abbreviate the treatment length and reduce costs and morbility. Although this advantages some important questions remain to be clarifica like: mainteinance hard and soft tissue volume, minimum primary stability, and understand the failure aspects.
