Influência do programa PIBID Biologia no desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades de estudantes do Colégio Estadual Governador Djenal Tavarez de Queiróz

Resumo: The Institutional Scholarship for Teaching Initiation Program (PIBID) is considered an excellent incentive initiative in the teacher training process of the Ministry of Education (MEC) with the support of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), the Department of Education (SESu) and the National Fund for the Development of Education (FNDE). This work aimed to describe the PIBID Biology project actions in relation to the impacts caused in the teaching learning process in the Governador Djenal Tavares de Queiróz State School, which received the program in early 2017 and lasted for one year. The present research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive, being also characterized as a case study, divided into three parts: data collection through questionnaires with the students, semi-structured interview with the teacher, analysis of the data collected and the final PIBID Biology 2018 report. The results show that the students felt an improvement in their teaching and learning process in front of practical activities and projects routines that were established with the insertion of the program. Regarding school planning and suggestion of innovative methods the program does not stand out, considering that the teacher was already trying to create this routine in the school within his limits, the PIBID was a key piece to the accomplishment of these activities with more frequency and number of students. The same results can be observed for the development of Abilities and Competences in students. However, many of them already expressed in their daily lives the presence of these skills, but with PIBID there was an intensification of the stimuli so that they can improve them. Thus, it is concluded that PIBID continues to be an initiative that generates benefits for both undergraduates and teachers and pupils in schools; however, it is clear that the schools needs are no longer the same and it is necessary to do a better survey of which are the problems currently faced, before establishing new partnerships of PIBID and School.

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo descrever as ações do projeto PIBID Biologia em relação aos impactos causados no processo de ensino aprendizagem no Colégio Estadual Governador Djenal Tavares Queiróz, que recebeu o programa no início de 2017 e teve a duração de um ano. A presente pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo e quantitativo descritivo, se caracterizando também como estudo de caso, dividida em três partes: coleta de dados através dos questionários com os alunos, entrevista semiestruturada com a docente, análise dos dados produzidos e do relatório final do PIBID Biologia 2018. Os resultados mostram que os alunos sentiram um melhoramento no seu processo de ensino e aprendizagem diante da rotina de atividades práticas e projetos que foram estabelecidos com a inserção do programa. No sentido de planejamento escolar e sugestão de métodos inovadores o programa não se destaca, tendo em vista que a docente já buscava criar essa rotina na escola dentro de seus limites. O PIBID foi peça chave, então, para realização dessas atividades com maior frequência e número de alunos. O mesmo pode ser observado para desenvolvimento de Competências e Habilidades nos estudantes. Entretanto, muitos alunos já expressavam em seu cotidiano a presença delas, mas com o PIBID houve uma intensificação dos estímulos para que eles pudessem aprimorá-las.
