Available from several new methodologies, through the application of concepts of minimization of variability, lean manufacturing or even a concept identical to Lean Six Sigma, which uses the methodologies known as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, focusing on improved process, better search financial performance, in addition to the benefit of the joint such as increased quality, cost reduction and lead time, as well as greater customer satisfaction. In this way, this paper looks at the importance and benefits of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing in quality management with a theoretical approach, as well as identifying the factors that are important for a Six Sigma implementation and Lean Six Sigma integration, through a sequential view of the steps for model integration, showing that it is not just a differentiated model of production but an experience across an organizational culture. Lean Six Sigma has the flexibility to solve problems of nature and nature, and has some tools for integrating various tools and implementation steps, each time the tools are most needed for each type of crop.
