Resumo: The present work aims to deal with the representation of female figures in Brazilian history addressed within the newspaper Correio do Colegial between the years 1938 and 1960. It is an article that constitutes an analysis of the concepts of student press, historical representationfeminine and historical narrative. Since the newspaper is a result of Colégio Jackson de Figueiredo, initially private and currently public, part of the state network in the city of Aracaju/SE, the work aims to analyze the newspaper as an educational tool and information reproducer of the time, as well as the form of historical representations. -feminine within the classroom and socio-historically.
