Resumo: The objective of this work is to analyze the contribution of the book "Quilombismo" by Abdias Nascimento to International Relations, through the perspective of the author in Panafricanism. The research is qualitative and based on bibliographical research using the hypothetical-deductive method. Its nature is exploratory, seeking to base the conceptions of several authors on the subject in question. The research is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, a brief summary of the life story of Abdias Nascimento is presented, which is important to understand his participation in the black movements. In the second chapter, the concept of quilombismo and the construction of the work in the midst of its exile are explored, as well as the influences that permeate it. Finally, the last chapter reproduces the historicity of PanAfricanism and Abdias Nascimento's connection within the international community between the United States and some African countries, highlighting his participation in various lectures on anti-racist issues.
