Boas práticas de governança de TIC adotadas para a melhoria do Igovti na APF na dimensão de processos

Governance is an essential factor for the longevity of an organization. Soon, it is not an exclusive theme for private organizations. Therefore, we must consider that the Federal Public Administration (FPA) also applies. Based on this principle, Governance can be applied to several sectors of an organization, such as human resources, finance, high management and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Already the latter is of paramount importance in order to achieve the organizational objectives, aligning the resources and objectives of the ICT to the business. According to the Court of Audit of the Union (CAU) of Brazil, the great majority of the bodies that compose the APF have a low maturity index. Therefore, this work aims to identify and present in a summarized and simplified form the good practices of ICT Governance, in order to assist FPA managers in the adoption of these practices in their organization, within the Process dimension defined by TCU, with the aim of raising the level of maturity of the organization. Was also developed a Business Process Management (BPM) model, taking into account the good practices identified and analyzed, aiming at improving the results of the process dimension. This model was validated by means of a questionnaire answered by managers or servers of APF that are responsible for ICT Governance in your organization. And the proposed model obtained satisfactory answers, which indicates that its application can assist Information Technology (IT) managers in improving the maturity of the Information Technology Governance Index in the dimension of Process. In addition to verifying that the involvement of top management is of paramount importance in order to achieve this goal.
