Resumo: This paper exposes the concepts attached to logistics through Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and the concept of costing management by using a costing method allied to the Theory of Constraints (TOC) that was applied to a small popcorn business shop in the city of Marabá in state of Pará in Brazil. This paper show us that these concepts can be used not only for large companies, but also for small ones like in this case we're presenting, in order to achieve improvement continuously.
