Políticas afirmativas em direitos humanos no ensino superior latino-americano: estratégias contra as violências institucionais

Resumo: | This work presents the following question: how can affirmative human rights policies in Latin American higher education institutions meet the needs identified by their student body, considering the spread of violence against social minorities in their spaces? The general objective of this article is to understand about the institutional legal apparatus related to human rights and what strategies are used in these universities to combat institutional violence against minorities within the universities themselves. To analyze the role of human rights education in the defense, elaboration of strategies to face the conservative and hegemonic forces that have attacked diversity. The research is characterized by being exploratory and qualitative. As research techniques, initially bibliographic research will be carried out in Brazilian and international literature, mainly from Latin America and documentary research. The data resulting from the bibliographic and documental research were organized, coded, categorized and analyzed according to their content, tending to produce inferences about the themes. In theory, it is argued that strategies should be designed with the aim of guaranteeing and/or preventing the rights of social inclusion made possible through affirmative actions developed within universities, to be maintained for the benefit of the Democratic State of Rights itself. |

O objetivo deste artigo é compreender sobre os aparatos legais institucionais ligados a direitos humanos e quais estratégias são utilizadas nestas universidades para combater as violências institucional contra as minorias dentro das próprias universidades. Analisar o papel da educação em direitos humanos na defesa, elaboração de estratégias para enfrentamento das forças conservadoras e hegemônicas que tem atacado a diversidade. A pesquisa caracteriza-se por ser do tipo exploratória e qualitativa. Enquanto técnicas de pesquisa, inicialmente será realizada pesquisa bibliográfica na literatura brasileira e internacional, principalmente, da América Latina e pesquisa documental. Os dados resultantes da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental foram organizados, codificados, categorizados e analisados em seu conteúdo tendendo a produção de inferências sobre os temas.
