Time in the light of phenomenology: a study from the perspective of university students

Resumo: | Time is a ubiquitous element in human life. One knows its existence, one feels its movement, nevertheless one does not have the habit of reflecting on this phenomenon. Thus, it is sought to observe how an undergraduate in administration perceives the time, which, among its various aspects, allows transforming the organizational and environmental reality. For this, parallel are established that can allow a better understanding of temporal phenomenon in relation to the administrator, considering, for that, bases of philosophical discussions. Thus, interviews were conducted with undergraduates, aiming to unveil their relation with time, from the phenomenological method. The result shows that the student's perception takes on the essence of the administration is the time, without which the activity becomes unfeasible, not corresponding to the real market dynamics. The proposed work therefore promotes a perspective which is still not very reached, but which offers an immense inquiry field. |

Se conoce su existencia, se siente su movimiento, pero la gente no tiene por costumbre reflexionar sobre este fenómeno. Así, buscamos observar cómo un egresado de administración percibe el tiempo, que, entre sus diversos aspectos, permite transformar la realidad organizacional y ambiental. Para ello, se establecen paralelos que pueden posibilitar una mejor comprensión del fenómeno temporal en relación al administrador, considerando, para ello, bases de discusiones filosóficas. Por lo tanto, se realizaron entrevistas con estudiantes de grado, con el objetivo de revelar su relación con el tiempo, con base en el método fenomenológico. El resultado demuestra que la percepción del estudiante asume que la esencia de la administración es el tiempo, sin el cual la actividad se torna inviable, no correspondiendo a la dinámica real del mercado. El trabajo propuesto, por tanto, fomenta una perspectiva aún no muy avanzada, pero que ofrece un inmenso campo de investigación.O tempo consiste em um elemento onipresente na vida humana. Sabe-se de sua existência, sente-se o seu movimento, todavia não se tem o hábito de refletir sobre tal fenômeno. Assim, busca-se observar como um graduando em administração percebe o tempo, o qual, entre suas diversas vertentes, permite transformar a realidade organizacional e ambiental. Para isso, são estabelecidos paralelos que podem possibilitar um melhor entendimento sobre fenômeno temporal em relação ao administrador, considerando, para tal, bases de discussões filosóficas. Desse modo, foram realizadas entrevistas com graduandos, visando desvelar sua relação com o tempo, a partir do método fenomenológico. O resultado demonstra que a percepção do aluno assume que a essência da administração é o tempo, sem o qual a atividade se torna inviável, não correspondendo à dinâmica real do mercado.
