Resumo: The organizations seek to improve results and increase the competitiveness in the market with the implementation of management models that support the attendance to the needs of the stakeholders. The objective of this article is contribute to the practical adoption of a management model in organizations by analyzing the impact of organizational performance related to social and environmental management. It was adopted a qualitative research approach that describes through a case study the impact of the implementation of the management model on organizational performance especially in relation to the stakeholder Society / Community. It conducted a questionnaire sent, unstructured interviews and collection of secondary data. It is concluded that the implementation of the management model contributed to the achievement of results and the attendance to the needs of the stakeholders. The implementation of the management model occurred in parallel with other methodologies that contributed to the improvement of organizational performance.

O objetivo deste artigo é contribuir com a adoção prática de modelo de gestão em organizações por meio da análise do impacto do desempenho organizacional relacionado a gestão socioambiental. Foi adotada como abordagem a pesquisa qualitativa que descreve por meio de estudo de caso o impacto da implantação do modelo de gestão no desempenho organizacional especialmente frente ao stakeholder Sociedade/Comunidade. Foi realizado envio de questionário, entrevistas não estruturadas e levantamento de dados secundários. Com a análise dos dados da pesquisa conclui-se que a implantação do modelo de gestão contribuiu para o alcance de resultados e, consequentemente, o atendimento às necessidades dos stakeholders.
