The status of the question on initial teacher training for the Modern and Contemporary Physics teaching

Resumo: This work presents the status of the question on the teachers' initial formation for the introduction of Modern and Contemporary Physics in High School. The research involved 14 articles selected in the last 10 years from journals classified as A1 and A2 by Qualis CAPES in the area of Education and of the National Symposium on Physics Teaching and Research Meeting on Physics Teaching. With the analysis carried out, we found two emerging categories: “Technical rationality as practice of the trainer teacher: consequences for the introduction of Modern and Contemporary Physics in High School” and “Initial teacher training for the Modern and Contemporary Physics in High School introduction: Interaction, dialogue and research as pillars of the trainer teacher". In view of the discussions performed, we argue that interaction, dialogue, and research as teaching principles of the teacher trainer allow the insertion of Modern and Contemporary Physics in High School.

A investigação ocorreu na emergência de 14 artigos advindos da seleção em periódicos classificados como A1 e A2 pelo Qualis CAPES na área do Ensino, do Simpósio Nacional em Ensino de Física e do Encontro de Pesquisa em Ensino de Física, dos últimos 10 anos. Com a análise realizada encontramos duas categorias emergentes: “Racionalidade técnica como prática do professor formador: consequências para a introdução de Física Moderna e Contemporânea no Ensino Médio” e “Formação inicial de professores para a introdução de Física Moderna e Contemporânea no Ensino Médio: A interação, o diálogo e a pesquisa como pilares da prática do professor formador”.
