Resumo: | Teacher training programs in science museums are important places to address science education and science communication. Thus, we present a qualitative research that seeks to understand the setting process of the teacher training program on the DICA Museum, from the Physics Institute of the Federal University of Uberlândia and thus highlight its identity. This research considered seven courses of this program, from 2011 to 2017 looking for strengths, weaknesses and challenges faced by each one. We realized that all courses, within their objectives and limitations, contributed to the consolidation process of the program. Also, all of them tried to valuate teachers' experiences and try to promote reflexions in their practice. |

Os programas de formação continuada dos museus de ciências são espaços privilegiados para a abordagem de temas voltados à educação em ciências e à divulgação científica. Nesse contexto, este trabalho buscou compreender, por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa, o processo de consolidação do programa de formação do Museu Dica, da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia e, dessa forma, evidenciar sua identidade. Esta pesquisa considerou sete cursos realizados neste programa, no período de 2011 a 2017, em que procuramos conhecer as potencialidades, fragilidades e desafios enfrentados por cada um. Percebemos que todos os cursos analisados, dentro de seus objetivos e limitações, contribuíram para o processo de amadurecimento do programa.
