Resumo: This article presents the results of the study of case that aimed to identify what topics needed to evaluate the implementation of management system of documents and files. The system of the National School of Public Health Sergio Arouca – ENSP/Fiocruz was used as a study of case. Developed with a qualitative approach, using documentary survey, this article presents results in the identification of 11 topics to evaluate the set of procedures and technical operations for the production, processing, use, review and filing of a document.

Foi utilizado como estudo de caso o sistema da Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública Sergio Arouca –ENSP/Fiocruz.
