Resumo: This paper describes the Supervised Trainee II Report on the in the undergraduate course in Archival Sciences, conducted at the Coordinator’s Office of the Central Archives of the Federal University at Santa Catarina from August 18 – September 23, 2014. The purpose of the work was to organize some of the documents related to contracts entered into by the Administrative Dean’s Office (PRA). Documents from 1980-1982 from the permanent archives were cleaned, placed in order, repaired and had their covers and boxes replaced. A guided visit was also conducted to the Service of Digitalization and Micro-filming of Documents. The activities were concluded with the development of a research tool (an index) composed of 289 dossiers for the contracts held by the PRA.

The activities were concluded with the development of a research tool (an index) composed of 289 dossiers for the contracts held by the PRA. Este trabalho trata da descrição do Relatório de Estágio Supervisionado II, do Curso de Graduação em Arquivologia, realizado na Coordenadoria do Arquivo Central, da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, no período de 18 de agosto a 23 de setembro de 2014. Este trabalho objetiva organizar parte dos documentos referentes aos convênios da Pró-Reitoria de Administração (PRA). Foram higienizados, ordenados, realizados reparos, trocadas as capas e as caixas dos documentos do arquivo permanente, referentes ao período de 1980 a 1982. Foi realizada também, visita orientada ao Serviço de Digitalização e Microfilmagem de Documentos.
