This experience report aims to present the results of the extension projects promoted by the Archival Science course at the Federal University of Rio Grande – FURG during the social distancing in 2020 and which culminated in the creation of social networks and the cycle of lectures Dialogues: Archival Science in Multiple Perspectives. The objective is to share the path taken for the implementation, the strengthening of the course's social networks and its dialogues with the community, as well as the role of the lecture cycle in the results obtained. Methodologically, this report is a basic, descriptive and explanatory research that essentially uses documentary sources to present its results in a qualitative and quantitative way. As a starting point, there is the creation of the course profiles on Instagram, Facebook and a YouTube channel. As a result of the projects, consolidated social networks were delivered to the Archival Science course, with relevant numbers of followers and interactions. The course's social media, in times of distancing, have provided the sharing of knowledge and expanded communication with the community. In these virtual meeting spaces, contemporary Archival themes were presented and discussed.
