Appropriations about Pierre Bourdieu work: undergraduate research report

Resumo: | Presents an undergraduate research report during higher education at the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC). Describe the research work, advantages and benefits for undergraduate students, being important both for their education and for their personal growth. Some results points the experience of doing scientific research made betwenn 2016 and 2017y students within the project ‘The approaches of the work of Pierre Bourdieu in the field of Information Science in Brazil through scientific journals’. Divided into two phases, the text includes a bibliographical research to further develop the topic of 'undergraduate research' as well as the very methodology of the experience report to present the activities developed during the research process. The work showed the engagement of the scholarship students as researchers and their interaction and maturation during the investigation. The undergraduate research activity makes it possible to integrate teaching and research and contributes so that the students who gain this experience can enhance their performance and later add favorable values for their admission at graduate school. During the undergraduate research process students learn to overcome challenges and achieve the objectives required by the survey, providing satisfaction as well as personal and professional growth. |

Apresenta o relato de experiência de iniciação científica realizado na Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Descreve as atividades de iniciação científica, as vantagens e benefícios aos graduandos, pois torna-se importante recurso para a sua formação acadêmica e para o seu crescimento pessoal. Tem como propósito relatar a experiência de iniciação científica no projeto ‘As apropriações da obra de Pierre Bourdieu no campo da Ciência da Informação no Brasil, por meio de periódicos da área’, realizado entre agosto de 2016 e julho de 2017. Dividido em dois momentos, o texto contempla uma pesquisa bibliográfica para aprofundar-se na temática ‘iniciação científica’, bem como a própria metodologia do relato de experiência para apresentar as atividades desenvolvidas durante o processo de investigação científica. O trabalho mostra o envolvimento da bolsista como iniciante na pesquisa e sua interação e amadurecimento no decurso da investigação. A atividade de iniciação científica possibilita integrar o ensino e a pesquisa, contribuindo para que os acadêmicos que vivenciam essa experiência possam potencializar o seu desempenho da graduação.
