The accelerated technological evolution causes obsolescence of electronic products, being one of the causes of the accumulation of electronic waste in the world. It is observed that this type of garbage has been disposed incorrectly. In Cascavel, there is a lack of electronic waste collection point, so the objecitve of this research is to identify the most viable location for the allocation of a new electronic waste collection point in the city of Cascavel-PR, from the perspective ot the city citizens. To this end, a survey was carried out through a questionnaire through a sample survey. From this study, it was possible to identify the most viable place to allocate a collection point in the city of Cascavel and the level of knowledge about electronic waste in relation to recycling and correct disposal. The importance of the development of the theme in society is perceived because the sample presents a knowledge gap on the subject.
