Discourses and truth, and biopolitics in writings of vestibulandos: the production of black subjectivities

Resumo: The purpose of this article is to understand which discourses and Regimes of Truth were accepted and valued in the texts from candidates for the admittance exam from a federal institution of higher education in 2013. The theme for the text was the participation of the Negro in the current Brazilian society. Among the discursive regularities from these writings, the enunciations on public policies configured as biopolitical devices composed, the analysis corpus. This study has an analytical position based on a Foucauldian-inspired discourse theory, theorists of the field of language studies, and social theorizations about the history of the black people. We concluded the discourses of truth that cross these compositions are produced by the State and reproduced and valued by the candidates when reinforcing the effects of a positive public policy.

We concluded the discourses of truth that cross these compositions are produced by the State and reproduced and valued by the candidates when reinforcing the effects of a positive public policy.En este artículo, se pretende entrever los discursos y regímenes de verdad que se aceptaron y valorizaron en redacciones de candidatos en las pruebas de acceso a una institución federal  de enseñanza superior, en el año 2013, sobre la temática:  La participación del negro en la sociedad brasileña actual.  Entre las regularidades discursivas presentes en las redacciones, los enunciados acerca de las políticas públicas, configuradas como dispositivos biopolíticos,  pasan a constituir el corpus.  Se asume una postura analítica basada en una teoría del discurso de inspiración foucaultiana, en teóricos del campo de los estudios del lenguaje y en teorizaciones sociales referentes a la historia de los negros.  Se concluye que los discursos de verdad, que traspasan las redacciones, son producidos por el Estado y reproducidos y valorizados por los candidatos cuando refuerzan efectos de sentido de positividad de las políticas públicas.Neste artigo, objetiva-se entrever que discursos e regimes de verdade foram aceitos e valorizados em redações de vestibulandos de uma instituição federal de ensino superior, no ano de 2013, sobre a temática: A participação do negro na atual sociedade brasileira.  Entre as regularidades discursivas presentes nas redações, os enunciados acerca das políticas públicas, configuradas como dispositivos biopolíticos, passam a constituir o corpus. Assume-se uma postura analítica fundamentada em uma teoria do discurso de inspiração foucaultiana, em teóricos do campo dos estudos da linguagem e em teorizações sociais referentes à história dos negros.
