Resumo: | This research presented the main contributions to the education of the intellectual and Peruvian journalist José Carlos Mariátegui. Initially we made a brief chronology of his life, later presented the context of Latin America between the years 1918-1923, when he started the writings and activism in education. He explained an emphatic interest in the education of workers, not only for the construction of an Andean democracy, but also as a means of providing a conscious action of the masses in the struggle for socialism. Mariátegui also stressed that learning is a process for life, so the integral formation of the individual is not achieved in the first years of life, personal learning just runs out at the end of life. Concerning the method, it was reported the three central pedagogical ideas in non-formal type of education proposed by Amauta that are the pedagogical conversation strategy, mediator role of the teaching and practice of cognitive contradiction. The author makes us reflect on what to implement to create a school that makes that knowledge gets to the workers / proletarian, peasants, poor, black etc, one of the greatest challenges of today's professional education. The theoretical and methodological orientation of these notes understood the dialectical historical materialism, establishing a connection to the theoretical knowledge and objective historical reality. |

Encuantoal método, se informó de lastresideas pedagógicas centrales de tipo no formal de laeducaciónpropuesto por Amauta que sonlaestrategia pedagógica conversación, el papel mediador de laenseñanza y práctica de lacontradicción cognitiva. El autor nos hace reflexionar sobre lo que debeponerenpráctica para crear una escuela que hace que elconocimientollega a latrabajadores / proletaria, campesinos, pobres, etc negro, uno de losmayoresdesafíos de laeducaciónprofesional de hoy. La orientación teórica y metodológica de estas notas entiendeel materialismo histórico dialéctico, se establece una conexiónconelconocimiento teórico y larealidad histórica objetiva.A presente pesquisa apresentou as principais contribuições à educação do intelectual e jornalista peruano José Carlos Mariátegui. Inicialmente fez-se uma breve cronologia de sua vida, posteriormente apresentou-se o contexto da América Latina entre os anos de 1918 a 1923, quando iniciou os escritos e a militância na educação. Explicitou um interesse enfático com a educação dos trabalhadores, não apenas pela construção de uma democracia andina, mas também como meio de proporcionar uma ação consciente das massas populares na luta pelo socialismo. Mariátegui também destacou que a aprendizagem é um processo para toda a vida, portanto a formação integral do indivíduo não se alcança nos primeiros anos de vida, o aprender pessoal apenas se esgota no final da vida. Referente ao método informou-se as três ideias pedagógicas centrais no tipo de educação não formal proposta pelo Amauta que são a estratégia pedagógica da conversação, rol mediador do docente e prática da contradição cognitiva. O autor nos faz refletir sobre o que implementar para criar uma escola que faça com que o conhecimento chegue até os trabalhadores/proletário, camponeses, pobres, negros etc, sendo um dos maiores desafios dos profissionais da educação hodierna.
