Resumo: The purpose of this paper is to read some poems from the 1980s and 1990s by the poets Alvaro Andrade Garcia and André Vallias. We thus seek to expose the changes that the digital culture has imposed on the fields of literature and the arts in general. To this end, we seek to discuss the problems arising from the obsolescence of machines and the difficulties in accessing and reading digital texts, as well as the need for their preservation. Then we discuss aspects of literariness in digital works and the reading conditions of these creations. We brought, therefore, the discussion of aspects related to the remediation of digital texts, their memory and the ways of reading in this field, considering the current stage of the machines and the arts of the poets studied here. In the final part, we highlighted the hypertextual poem Aller, by André Vallias, to show the digital work is, at the same time, a way for an open and expansive sense of reading and also to build the infinite library dreamed by Borges.

Buscamos, assim, expor as mudanças que a cultura digital impôs aos campos da literatura e das artes em geral. Para isso, buscamos discutir os problemas decorrentes da obsolescência das máquinas e as dificuldades de acesso e leitura dos textos, bem como da necessidade de preservar esses mesmos textos. Em seguida, discutimos aspectos da literariedade dos textos digitais e as possibilidades de leitura desses textos. Trouxemos aspectos ligados à remediação dos textos digitais, de sua memória e das formas de se ler esses textos, considerando o estágio atual das máquinas e das artes dos poetas aqui estudados.
