Aspects of the knowledge organization according to some parameters of Ludwig Wittgenstein´s work

Resumo: Objective: this article aims to demonstrate that the typical dilemmas of contemporary knowledge organization are closely related to many of the problems faced by the Austrian philosopher in his works. Besides that, the concept of information will be here derived from the notion of language. Methods: Bibliographical survey for theoretical foundation and reasoning of developed arguments.Results: In the Tractatus, his major thesis suggests that our philosophical problems would be problems of language – the nature of philosophical dilemmas are due to the formulation of pseudo-propositions and the lack of reflection regarding the logical nature of language. Conclusions: In the Philosophical Investigations, the panorama changes: the proposition does not have a fixed model; it depends on the usage we make of it.

Conclusions: In the Philosophical Investigations, the panorama changes: the proposition does not have a fixed model; it depends on the usage we make of it.Objetivo: O filósofo austríaco Ludwig Wittgenstein jamais se ocupou da organização do conhecimento (OC) tal como o fazemos no mundo contemporâneo, no entanto, as noções mais importantes alicerçadas em suas obras (Tractatus e as Investigações Filosóficas) poderiam nos municiar de interessantes hipóteses no sentido de compreender, organizar e esclarecer o conceito de informação que baliza todo o processo de OC. A partir de tais delineamentos, pretende-se demonstrar que os dilemas típicos da organização do conhecimento que se enfrenta na atualidade são consonantes a muitos dos problemas que o filósofo austríaco abordou em suas obras, sendo que o conceito de informação é trabalhado a partir da noção de linguagem. Método: Levantamento bibliográfico para embasamento teórico e fundamentação das argumentações desenvolvidas. Conclusão: No Tractatus, tese maior do referido filósofo, sugere que nossos problemas filosóficos seriam problemas de linguagem – a natureza dos imbróglios filosóficos se daria por conta da formulação de pseudoproposições e a falta de reflexão sobre a natureza lógica da linguagem.
