Regime of information for mapping information literacy in high education

Resumo: | This article presents the concept of regime of information applied to information literacy development in higher education. Through participatory research with Agronomy faculty at Federal University of Ceará, Campus Cariri, it seeks to identify elements that justify the design of local regime of information, based on perception and evidence-based data about information literacy skills, according to the The SCONUL Seven Pillars of Information Literacy: Core Model For Higher Education, "the Society Of College And University National Libraries (2011). Thus, it describes the scientific information management, identifying tacit and tangible variables that influence the informed actions of the participant teachers. It also highlights the faculty, and teachers, as the main group of academic community who have a key role in the multiplication of the ideas of the international movement for information literacy. It is concluded that mapping local regime of information allowed this research to understand the ways (and limitations) in which teachers got skills to act in dynamic and current scientific information flow. |

Mediante pesquisa participante com docentes do curso de Agronomia, Universidade Federal do Ceará, Campus Cariri, identifica elementos do regime de informação local, com base em dados de percepção e desempenho dos pesquisados em competências em informação, entendidas com base no modelo “The SCONUL Seven Pillars of Information Literacy: Core Model For Higher Education”, da Society Of College, National And University Libraries (2011). Descreve a gestão da informação científica, identificando variáveis tácitas e tangíveis que influenciam as ações informadas dos professores pesquisados. Destaca os docentes, que, juntamente com os bibliotecários, possuem um papel primordial na multiplicação dos preceitos do movimento internacional pelas competências em informação.
