BODILY CULTURE IN THE NEWSPAPER AGENDA: notes from an analysis of "Programa AN Escola"

Resumo: This study presents an analysis of a school newspaper program, where we identified topics associated to the contents of body culture. Them, we study the supplement AN Escola by material analysis methodology, of newspapers distributed over a specific time (2004-2008). In the corpus we can notice topics related to body culture in 1145 newspaper articles spread in 11 types (Sport, Transversal Themes, leisure, body/identity, games/fun, health, body esthetics, circus, dance, fight and others. the results show evidences that the AN Escola program is an institutional marketing strategy, it`s not a program that promotes the educational media, although should do it.

Para tanto, utilizamos procedimentos de análise de conteúdo para analisar o suplemento AN Escola, tendo o recorte temporal de 2004-2008. Nesse corpus identificamos a presença de conteúdos da cultura corporal em 1145 matérias que foram distribuídas em 11 categorias (Esporte, Temas transversais, Lazer, Corpo/identidade, Jogos/brincadeiras, Saúde, Estética, Circo, Dança, Lutas, e Outros).
