Resumo: The research aims to investigate and understand the extent to which physical education in high school serves the purposes of Article 35 of LDBEN 9.394 / 96. The universe of research involves the State School Jaime Verissimo fields and classes of the regular high school. Therefore, we propose through the responses of students, teachers, the theoretical assumptions and the legal documents analyzed to understand the physical education answers the legal guidelines of Article 35 of LDBEN 9.394 / 96. We believe that while physical education as a curricular component try to be a transformative practice that is not all given , but unfinished in its initial design , it still serves the reproduction of society as mentioned in the chart, so that the representations of students leave these conceptions . We understand that physical education this school instrumentalize students for a physically active life in response to the expectations of the Company

We understand that physical education this school instrumentalize students for a physically active life in response to the expectations of the CompanyLa investigación tiene como objetivo investigar y comprender la medida en que la educación física en la escuela secundaria sirve a los efectos del artículo 35 de LDBEN 9.394 / 96. El universo de la investigación consiste en los campos de la escuela Jaime Verissimo Estado y las clases de la escuela secundaria regular. Por lo tanto , proponemos a través de las respuestas de los estudiantes , los profesores, los supuestos teóricos y los documentos legales analizados para entender la educación física responde a las directrices legales del artículo 35 de LDBEN 9.394 / 96 . Creemos que, si bien la educación física como componente curricular tratar de ser una práctica transformadora que no es todo lo da, pero sin terminar en su diseño inicial, todavía sirve la reproducción de la sociedad como se menciona en la tabla, por lo que las representaciones de los estudiantes salen de estas concepciones. Entendemos que la educación física esta escuela instrumentalizar a los estudiantes para una vida físicamente activa en respuesta a las expectativas de la Compañía.A pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar e compreender em que medida a Educação Física no Ensino Médio atende as finalidades do artigo 35 da LDBEN 9.394/96. O universo da pesquisa envolve a Escola Estadual Jaime Veríssimo de Campos e as turmas do ensino médio regular. Para tanto, nos propomos através das respostas dos alunos, professor, dos pressupostos teóricos e dos documentos legais analisados, compreender se a Educação Física responde às orientações legais do artigo 35 da LDBEN 9.394/96. Consideramos que por mais que a Educação Física como componente curricular tente ser uma prática transformadora que não está de toda dada, mas, inacabada em seu projeto inicial, ela ainda atende as reproduções da sociedade conforme citadas no gráfico, de modo que, as representações dos alunos partem dessas concepções.
