Resumo: The text tries to demonstrate with empirical data the National Sports Policy, developed in the Governments of Luís Inácio Lula da Silva and Dilma Rousseff (2003-2016) and, the consequences of the dismantling of the Ministry of Sports, of the interruption of the developed actions, relating the politic of dismantling with the allegation of fiscal adjustment and, with the destruction of material productive forces, the deprivation of the working class to the cultural patrimony.
