Resumo: the study investigates the characteristics of economic, social and, above all, sports policy in the first two years of the Bolsonaro government. To this end, a theoretical debate and documentary study were carried out, with analysis of sports legislation and the amount and allocation of federal government resources for sport. It was observed that there were no new orders with a significant impact on the sports field. As for the budget, there should be a decrease of the amount two years in relation to the previous governments and the prioritization of high performance sports.

Para ello, se llevó a cabo un debate teórico y un estudio documental, con análisis de la legislación deportiva y la cantidad y asignación de recursos del gobierno federal para el deporte. Se observó que no hubo nuevos pedidos con un impacto significativo en el campo deportivo. En cuanto al presupuesto, debería haber una disminución del monto a dos años en relación a los gobiernos anteriores y la priorización de los deportes de alto rendimiento.O estudo investiga as características da política econômica, social e, sobretudo, esportiva nos dois primeiros anos do governo Bolsonaro. Para tanto foi desenvolvido debate teórico e estudo documental, com análise da legislação esportiva e do montante e a destinação dos recursos do governo federal para o esporte. Observou-se que não houve novos ordenamentos com impacto significativo para o campo esportivo.
