Resumo: | This article deals with the control of constitutionality in the African human rights system, to verify how the dialogue between jurisdictions is carried out. First, we will talk about the organic-institutional structure of the system. In addition, we will introduce the interpretation of regional and international law by countries such as Angola, Cape Verde, Bissau Guinea, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe. The method is comparative. As a conclusion, the legal systems analyzed allow constitutionally the application of international human rights law within their systems, and it is necessary to make the society of these countries aware of the importance of the subject. |
