Resumo: We were born you be biological and we became human beings through a compound process called social education. The education is considered, then, the middle through which is produced, in each one of us, the humanity produced along the history by the humanity's group and for which, at the same time, we contributed with our individual elaboration of the cultural facts that faced in our existence. Sees this way it is not difficult to understand two fundamental aspects of this mediation process: the first is your character historical, procedural, he/she wants saying it involves the whole history of the humanity and a whole life lasts of each one of us; the second is the intrinsic existent relationship with the communication process among the human beings, once for oh raisin the support to the contents that one want to work, be them of order scientific, ideological, politics, economical, or any other one.
