Resumo: | The conduction of the Educational Politics in Brazil during the Covid-19 Pandemic, regarding to children education is the study object of this survey. Due to the late orientations of the Federal Government, the state and municipal entities had the incumbency to take the needed measures for the attendance of children in confront of unprecedented challenges, them having different strategies to keep the school active with the community. We seek to list the main documental orientations of the National Education Council and the Ministry of Education and Culture, with a refined look for the children’s right to play. The problematic we are looking for to unveil, was: What are the possibilities for the Federal Government’s guidelines in the pandemic period provide the play in the context of Children Education? The goal of this survey was to verify the progression of the documents in teaching practice organization of Children Education, narrowing the point of view for the fun. The methodology was characterized in qualitative nature, using bibliographic and documentary sources. The results reveled a setback in the “seesaw” movement, especially, regarding the rights gained in relation to games. This fact is justified by the lack of guidelines and attention to the theme in official documents. |

A condução das Políticas Educacionais no Brasil durante a Pandemia da Covid-19, voltada para a Educação Infantil, é o objeto de estudo desta pesquisa. Diante das tardias orientações do Governo Federal, os entes estaduais e municipais tiveram a incumbência de tomar as medidas necessárias para atendimento das crianças no enfrentamento de desafios inéditos, tendo diferentes estratégias de atuação para manter a instituição ativa junto à comunidade. Buscamos elencar as principais orientações documentais do Conselho Nacional de Educação e do Ministério da Educação e Cultura, com olhar para o direito de brincar da criança. A problematização que buscamos desvelar foi: Quais as possibilidades de as orientações do Governo Federal no período pandêmico assegurar a brincadeira no contexto da Educação Infantil? O objetivo da pesquisa foi verificar o desenrolar dos documentos na organização das práticas pedagógicas na Educação Infantil, estreitando o olhar para a brincadeira. A metodologia foi de caráter qualitativo, por meio de fontes bibliográficas e documentais. Os resultados revelaram retrocesso no movimento da “gangorra”, em especial quanto aos direitos conquistados em relação às brincadeiras.
