Resumo: This article presents to problematize issues related to the process of building an anti-racist education within the educational system, with the main objective of breaking the invisibility of black children. For this, it’s important to emphasize the importance of the Law 10639/03, but questioning the implantation in the Pedagogy course that forms professionals from 0 to 10 years old in Basic Education and the inclusion in the PPP (Political Pedagogical Project) of educational institutions. The researches talks about the racism whose black boys and girls are subjected in educational places, relating these tragic scenarios to the deficiencies in teachers training and the absence of proposals that promote an education. It’s important to emphasize the historical performance of the Black Moviment that for decades has been breaking with the silence attributed to the black cause, through the denunciation and fight against racism, and enhancing the construction of the identities of the children and black adults/positively.

Para isso ressalta-se a importância da Lei 10639/03, porém, questionando a sua implementação nos currículos de curso de Pedagogia que forma profissionais de 0- 10 anos que atuam na Educação Básica, e a sua inclusão no PPP (Projeto Político Pedagógico) das instituições educacionais. Apresenta-se pesquisas que apontam o racismo ao qual são submetidas as meninas e meninos negras/os em espaços educacionais, relacionando esses trágicos cenários às deficiências na formação de professoras/es, e a ausência de propostas que promovam uma educação antirracista no PPP dessas unidades.
