Resumo: This report presents the path of construction of a contextualized evaluative practice, process and accompaniment of children of 3 years of age in their educational itinerary in the nursery, resulting from a reflexive and critical process on the fragilities of the evaluative doing effected by means of instruments decontextualized from the pedagogical daily life. The pedagogical documentation was used as a strategy to accompany, record, reflect, interpret and communicate the learning journey of the children, subsidizing the construction of mini-histories, narratives that were protagonized by them and that gave visibility to their knowledge and doings, socialized with the whole educating community through the panel "Life in the nursery". The work brought out the identity, authorship and power of the children in the construction of their own learning, as well as the reflection on pedagogical practice and evaluative processes in the nursery.

The work brought out the identity, authorship and power of the children in the construction of their own learning, as well as the reflection on pedagogical practice and evaluative processes in the nursery.Este relato apresenta o percurso de construção de uma prática avaliativa contextualizada, processual e de acompanhamento de crianças de 3 anos em seu itinerário educativo na creche, decorrente de um processo reflexivo e crítico sobre as fragilidades do fazer avaliativo efetivado por meio de instrumentos descontextualizados do cotidiano pedagógico. A documentação pedagógica foi utilizada como estratégia para acompanhar, registrar, refletir, interpretar e comunicar a jornada de aprendizagem das crianças, subsidiando a construção de mini-histórias, narrativas protagonizadas por elas e que deram visibilidade aos seus saberes e fazeres, socializadas com toda a comunidade educativa através do painel “A vida na creche”.
