Resumo: This work analyzes the figurations of the reader in Tristram Shandy, byLaurence Sterne, based on the ideas of Umberto Eco, Gerard Genette, andMaurice Blanchot, which focus on the relationship between narrator andreader, and the aesthetic effect resulting from formal techniques. UFSC2021-01-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/desterro/article/view/7475010.5007/2175-8026.2021.e74750Ilha do Desterro A Journal of English Language, Literatures in English and Cultural Studies; Vol. 74 No. 1 (2021): LiteratureIlha do Desterro A Journal of English Language, Literatures in English and Cultural Studies; v. 74 n. 1 (2021): Literatura2175-80260101-4846reponame:Ilha do Desterroinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)instacron:UFSCporhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/desterro/article/view/74750/45276Copyright (c) 2020 Aline Candido Trigo, Luciana Britohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessTrigo, Aline CandidoBrito, Luciana2021-01-28T02:23:10Zoai:periodicos.ufsc.br:article/74750Revistahttp://www.periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/desterroPUBhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/desterro/oaiilha@cce.ufsc.br||corseuil@cce.ufsc.br||ilhadodesterro@gmail.com2175-80260101-4846opendoar:2021-01-28T02:23:10Ilha do Desterro - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)false
